Game Review - Grand Theft Auto V

After going through a long waiting process, having to bear the passion that arises from a series of screenshots and trailers, Rockstargames finally fulfills the expectations of most gamers around the world. With development costs of more than USD 256 million for production and marketing, GTA V was finally launched for the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 - 17 September 2013. Through a series of initial information that was launched, Rockstar itself has indeed claimed the presence of so many innovations, both from the story, the mechanism of the game, to the sensations that will make this series much different and better.

For those of you who have read our previews, of course, get a little idea of what this series actually offers. Although released for older technology consoles such as the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 class, GTA V offers stunning visualization quality, large areas with full lighting effects and stunning detail. Improvements in gameplay mechanics also make it easier to enjoy, of course with a few changes that require you to adapt a little. The three-character system and a myriad of activities become a charm that is difficult to resist. However, as it turns out, once you explore the world offered by GTA V, this game offers something far better.

Unlike the previous series which only contained one main character, GTA V comes with an extra surprise, three main characters with three different story backgrounds. Welcome to Los Santos, home and battleground for Michael Townley, Trevor Philips, and Franklin Clinton.

The robbery nine years ago at North Yankton carried out by Michael and Trevor together with two other crew members ended in disaster. Ambushed by massive police force, Michael, who is injured, finally asks Trevor to save himself and finally disappears in the fog. Nine years later, the two men came with the same conclusion, that each of their friends had been killed in the tragedy. But who would have thought that Michael had managed to save himself, took refuge as a witness under FIB, and gained wealth. While in another corner of the city, Trevor, who never knew the fate of Michael, had to fight and start his narcotics business from scratch.
In the middle of the red thread between these two characters, lives Franklin Clinton, a young gangster who is just about to start his criminal life. Working as a repo at a car dealer, Franklin finally met with Michael, who had become one of his criminal targets. The first memorable meeting between the two characters finally established a special cooperative relationship, a prelude to more criminal activity. Assisted by the brain genius - Lester, Michael and Franklin finally decided to rob a jewelry store to strengthen their finances. The robbery that brought Michael back to the criminal world, Franklin to a higher level, and Trevor to find out that his closest friend had not been killed.

Surprised by the fact of this one, Trevor fled to Los Santos, trying to find Michael and ask for an explanation. The effort was finally successful thanks to the help of Dave. But instead of being angry over Michael's lies, Trevor returned to an alliance to reshape a criminal group that had split up in the past, now naturally with the help of Franklin and Lester. Dear thousand dear, this is where the problem is even more complex. In contact with so many other criminal forces, even the authorities, the triad must deal with threats that are ready to claim their lives at any time.

#Conclusion: Three Character Obviously Better Than One

Not surprisingly, Grand Theft Auto V became one of the most crowded games discussed last year, because this game is a game that is very very ambitious. Starting from a cool story, a system of three main characters that are very good both in terms of gameplay and in narrative terms, as well as a very interesting world to explore.

GTA V is definitely a game that deserves to be tested by all types of gamers, although I would clearly forbid children under the age of 18 from playing this game. Because, despite having the same rating as its predecessors, the violence and sexual content that you can find in GTA V is far worse than what has been presented in other GTAs.

As for gamers who have previously played the PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360 version, as I explained above, playing this game again on the PlayStation 4 or Xbox One is not something I would recommend. If indeed you are a fan of the Grand Theft Auto series who really want to go back to adventure as Franklin, Michael and Trevor, I would suggest you wait for the PC version to be released January 27. Because just imagine the possibilities that can be realized thanks to the modding community on the PC ... it's almost endless I think. Although of course you have to prepare a PC with qualified capabilities, as well as a large hard disk size to accommodate the magnificent Los Santos and Trevor madness on your computer.
