Game Review - Super Mario Galaxy [ENG]
Super Mario Galaxy
History
The game starts with Princess Peach inviting Mario to go to the Mushroom Kingdom because they're having a party. When Mario arrives for the celebration, the "Mushroom Kingdom" will be attacked by Bowser, who will kidnap Peach ("on a flying ship") to dominate the universe with Peach trapped while Mario is attacked and rendered unconscious, After all the above happens, a rabbit will appear to you and ask you to catch him and his two brothers, to know where you are, when you catch them all, one of them will be revealed as a Flash (which are small stars that are transformed into galaxies, stars, planets, etc.. ) and when you manage to catch all three of them, the flash that encouraged you to catch it will accompany you to a tower, climb it and you will discover Rosalina ("Character added" in this version that will give you advice throughout the game).
Mario is relegated to a lost place in space and to recover Peach, he would have to gather at least 60 of the 120 stars scattered in each of the six galaxies we will have to visit. The reason for this is that the power of the stars will be the only means of reactivating the engines of the Planetarium ("A comet that can take us to the very centre of the Universe"). When we get the first 60 stars, we will see how the plot will develop, while in the others it will be the succession of searches for stars in the previously seen scenarios.
My Opinion About The Game
Talking about this Mario was one of the first games I managed to play on the Wii console I had at the time, graphics that I found impressive, music that improved the gameplay experience and I loved the gameplay.
In this mario we'll see that it rescues previous restrictions that we've seen in other deliveries, for example we'll be competing with a shark under the waves of the sea, riding a stingray, which reminds me of when we competed with the penguin in a descent in the snow ("Super Mario 64") as well as the amount of 120 stars that we had in that time.
I loved the worlds and Mario's transformations in different types of elements to help us pass the worlds, like the Ice Mario which will allow us to pass through the water or lava, creating ice platforms to allow our access, also Mario Ghost with which we can cross the walls, Mario Bee which will give us the ability to fly, among many other transformations.
In conclusion a good game to dedicate your time to, that if you like it will give you a few hours of fun, which I highly recommend.
That's a great read! Love all the small details you managed to note there. I've actually been doing some "historical" gaming posts lately, covering noteworthy games released in certain years (last one covered was 1998) and there I covered a number of Mario games in some of them, but in a lot less detail. So was really delighted to see a post such as yours.
