Let's play Stranded Deep (Survival) - Day 1 - Desperate times call for desperate measures !

SHORT INTRODUCTION

Hello friends ! I am @mrrobert96. I am going to share with you my latest adventure playing the game Stranded Deep. If you didn't know yet, Stranded Deep is a survival game. You are a "lucky" survivor of a plane crash and you are stranded somewhere in the Pacific Ocean area. This is a more peaceful survival game and the biggest dangers you will encounter are Starvation and Dehydration. However, there are a lot of things you can do in this game. So let's start the journey.

Day 1 of Survival (21 Jul)

So here i am in my private plane trying to get from point A to point B. Suddenly, something goes wrong and it looks like we are going straight into the water.

As you can see, i somehow manage to swim and escape the plane, making it to my life raft. Just i reach it, there is a big explosion close to me. I don't know what happens after that but i somehow survived. I wake up the next day in my life raft and the luck is on my side. There is a small island right in front of me.

I will surely go there and check it up. I don't know where i am but i know that i need to survive. As soon as i reach the island, i find some rocks and i manage to make a sharp tool from them. It's not much, but i need to collect resources as fast as possible because the night will close very fast on me.

I manage to find some useful stuff on the island and after i made some rope from the plants i cut, i managed to craft an Axe to chop wood with and also an all purpose knife.

They are fragile and made out of the rocks i found, but they are cetainly better than nothing for now. I continue to gather wood and some fibres from the plants to make more rope.
Also, i need to look out for food and water. Drinking the ocean water is not an option for me but luckily, i found some metal buckets lying around on the island and i can use them to catch rain for now. Also, there are a lot of coconuts on this island. I can drink the milk from them to stay hydrated.

As you can see, the sun was starting to lose its power so i need to get a fire going as soon as possible. I set up a fire pit surrounded by some rocks and i also made a wood support that i can use to cook my meat on. For now, all i have is some meat from a crab. I will put it above the fire to get it cooked. Maybe tommorow i can eat more tasty things.

Before the night comes, i managed to bring down a big palm tree and i also have a fire going and some food. I will use the top of the palm tree to make me a little shelter to spend the night in. These coconuts were a big help and i managed to drink a lot of milk from them. I hope that there will be a little rain tommorow, because i really need water. I can't survive only with coconut milk.

It was already dark by now and i prepared to end the day. I ate the cooked meat and i spent some time crafting three weapons. I now have a fishing spear, an all purpose spear and also a bow. I need to find more rocks tommorow in order to craft some arrows. I have noticed that a crab was lurking around my camp fire so i killed it fast and so i managed to get another piece of meat. I hope that i will eat some fish by tommorow's evening, but if i don't catch anything before dark, this could prove useful.

I look at my watch and it's getting late. This crazy day is almost finished. I decided that it's time to go to sleep in order to wake up early tommorow. I fed the fire in order to keep it going and i went to my shelter to rest. Who knows what the next day has in store for me ?
