Rakan has a mobility and freshness! being is the support with the best mobility in League, which makes it unique. I must say that your mobility is important and with it you can dodge enemy skills and attack, to name two weaknesses one is very weak against CC and the other that your skills are very important when it comes to harming the enemy.
Rakan's passive ability allows him to generate a shield that protects him from 33 to 254 points depending on the level, which if damaged and not destroyed regenerates 10% out of combat every second.
Rakan's first ability throws a feather in one direction hitting the first enemy and inflicting magic damage of 70 to 250 points, plus if Rakan has an ally enemy at his side he heals it from 18 to 120 depending on the level. This ability has a reuse of 12 to 8 seconds depending on the level of Rakan.
