Red Dead Redemption 2

Without a doubt I believe Red Dead Redemption 2 will be game of the year for 2018. The first one was a massive success, and the hype for RDR2 is huge.

What made Red Dead Redemption so popular is the complex intricate story line with fantastic acting and large open world.

I'm really excited for this sequel and hope it lives up to the original. Technically it's the third game in the series as Red Dead Redemption was a sequel to a game called Red Dead Revolver that was released on the Playstation 2.

RDR2 graphics look amazing, but will not be true 4K and is limited to 30 fps. 4K is only supported using checkerboarding which is the process of eliminating every other vertical line so you have about 50% of the pixels of true 4K but better quality than 1080P and 1440P.

There are a lot of comical troll reviews on Amazon that made me laugh.

The game is released on Oct 26th, and is available on Amazon as preorder for $59.96 as usual.
