Okay we we see only what's interesting at this time patch LETS GOOOO!!!!
The second weekly update has now arrived, it means we must also quickly understand the changes. In this patch we accept patches that are much smaller than the previous update, officially 7.09 let some things still intact for Dota Pro Circuit Major, ESL One Katowice.
Now the beginning of the game we were given 600 gold down 25 gold previously starting from 625. THE NON-GAMEPLAY (BUG, VISUAL, UI, AND OTHERS)

PATCH 7.09 - GAMEPLAY
- Courier Fee reduced from 200 into 50
- Starting gold reduced from 625 to become 600
- Tangoes now has 3 charge and cost 90 gold
- Rune now gives Bounty + 40 gold for all the hero and not the longer + 100 gold for the hero who picked them up
- Kill neutral stack now gives up to 15% of the gold to the hero menggandakannya. No bonus is given if the stack is cleaned up by the enemy or the hero menggandakannya. (New Audio stack now played so successfully. Stacked neutrals have a buff icon hero stacker on it)
- Tier 1 mid lane towers is now a little closer to the river

ADDITIONAL (Analysis of Patch 2 on DOTA Winrate 7.08)
