Street fighter: meet "Object 705A"
The top machines of the research tree of the USSR are harsh guys without frills, which simply do their job well. This is also the "Object 705A" , which appeared on the general test in January. He will be crowning an alternative branch of the heavy tanks of the USSR, which begins with the IS-M machine at the VIII level and will continue with the "Object 705" at the IX level. The peculiarity of the mini-branch is the rear location of the tower. It will determine the gameplay of these machines.
Firepower
This is one of the features of the "Object 705A". The 152mm gun is really destructive, and the damage of 650 units per shot will terrify the enemy (especially when compared to other heavy tank weapons). But only at short and medium distances - up to 250 m. This tank is designed for close combat, and accuracy will not allow to effectively fire at a distance of more than 250 m.
Overview
On this machine it is better not to fire from a long distance, and a review at 390 m will come in handy for you in attack. If you decide to shoot from afar, remember: most likely, the team will miss you on the first line.
Advice: do not waste time, occupying bushes PT-ACS.
Reservation
Armor of the tank is ideal for melee combat. "Object 705A" is able to reflect the majority of enemy shells due to the upper frontal part with a reduced thickness of 350 mm. Not to mention the tower, the thickness of the armor which begins with 330 mm and reaches a prohibitive value of 580 mm. If you are boarded, you will be shielded by side screens that absorb damage. However, there are areas of armor with a thickness of only 100 mm. And this should not be forgotten - it is better not to allow the opponent to enter the side.
The lower frontal part also brings some problems: the reduced thickness reaches only 244 mm, this is the minimum threshold for survival at the X level. It is best to hide NLD behind the shelter.
But if you have already left completely, do everything possible to avoid penetration in the front, but not to expose the sides.
Tip: focus on TT, remember about CT and do not substitute under PT.
