Hey everyone,

Today we are here to officially announce the upcoming Darwin Project Tournament. We are very excited about this tournament since it will be our first battle royale game.

The setup for this tournament will start with two qualifying matches from where five top players will move on to the finals. The final rounds will be best of 3. We will start with twenty participants to start off with and maybe expand if needed.

The tournament will be held on the 13th of July at 18:00 UTC +3.

HOW TO SIGN UP

Since the game offers a pretty simple way to organize private matches only by giving the participants a secret code that they can join the game with we don't need to bother with adding everyone on Steam as we have previously. This will help us a lot in getting all the players into the games as fast as possible.

If you are interested in joining this tournament there are a few requirements. You must be a member of the SteemGC by joining the Discord server and also have at least level 1 in the server.

If you already meet the requirements then you can post in the #applications channel in the server with a message containing your Steemit username and nationality. Anyone can join the tournament as long as you can play on the EU region without very high ping.

PRIZES

The prizes for this tournament are for the top 3 placements and go as follows.

1st place : 30 SBD and boost to "Gamer" rank in Discord server

2nd place : 20 SBD

3rd place : 10 SBD

The matches will be streamed on DLive so remember to check that out. It will be streamed on the @steemgc account and maybe also another so we can stream all the rounds.
