Do you have a PC that can run VR? That is more important than buying the VR. What are the specs of the PC? Id personally wait until they release a new generation of headsets etc. and make sure your PC is to par for VR. There are not a lot of games at the moment and development is still slow. VR porn is huge though. Lol.
Personally I would wait for the second generation of development. Those headsets etc arent to far off and would be a better investment. VR is a kind of a luxury gaming item at this point... If that makes sense.. Just be sure there is enough content that you will enjoy now.
I still feel like better, even cheaper models are right around the corner. It has not caught on quite as fast as I thought it would have. I think you would still be an early adapter.
