RE: Life as a game, or the gamification of life

in #gaming6 years ago

Funny, the only titles I have heard of is Final Fantasy and EVE Online. I play such a variety depending on my mood. I prefer and immersive environment. Well developed characters with a story. I do like how in the Fallout series the choices you make changes the outcome. It gives life to the game.

I've learned not to look for the 'perfect' anything. It's a let down, perfection does not exist, imo. I have worked 50 hours for an employer, in my own business and on a MMO. I have been gaming for the better part of 40 years. I can see how you view the gamification of life. To me it's more of life imitating art. Art comes from life occurrences and vise versa. Gaming is an art. (At least the creation portion)

Great point of view and enjoyable post.
