MAKE HYDROPONICS SIMPLE FLOATING RAFTS FROM STYROFOAM BOXES AND WOODEN BOARDS

Dear steemit friends,
Today I make a floating hydroponic floating tube that is very simple and easy to fit in existing materials and with simple tools. The materials and equipment I use are:

1. One box of styrofoam
2. Wooden boards
3. Black plastic
4. Paint anti-leak coating.

1. Styrofoam Box

I use styrofoam box because it can reduce the heat so that the water of nutrients at the reservoir is not easy to heat because of the sun and my hope the water temperature remains stable even in the hot sun so the plant growth is not disturbed.

2. Wooden boards

The wooden board that I use has thickness 8 millimeters the thicker the board the better I think for wooden planks remain strong because the wooden board is perforated to put netpot so thick wooden boards will remain strong to withstand the weight of the plant to large.

3. Black plastic.

The black plastic I use protects the Styropoam box stamps so that sunlight does not enter the reservoir and it is important that the nutrients water is not easy to overgrown with moss because without sunlight the moss is not easy to grow, because the moss on hydroponic tandon will interfere with plant growth.

4. Paint anti-leak coating.

This waterproof paint I use for the purpose of coating the wooden planks so that water does not enter and permeate on the wooden board is important to keep the wooden planks dry for wooden planks to remain durable.

Plants that I planted on this new planting media is mustard pagoda which some time ago I was seedling and actually seeds mustard pagoda is in poor condition because it has several times withered because it is not watered due to busy work I hope after moving planting on the tank the new can grow well and big fast.

MEMBUAT TANDON HIDROPONIK RAKIT APUNG SEDERHANA DARI KOTAK STEREPOAM BEKAS DAN PAPAN KAYU.

Dear steemit friends,
Hari ini saya membuat tandon hidroponik rakit apung yang sangat sederhana dan mudah sesuai bahan yang ada dan dengan alat yang sederhana. Bahan dan peralatan yang saya gunakan adalah :

1. Satu buah kotak styropoam
2. Papan kayu
3. Plastik hitam
4. Cat pelapis anti bocor.

1. Kotak styropoam

Saya menggunakan kotak styropoam karena dapat meredam panas agar air nutrisi pada tandon tidak mudah panas karena terik matahari dan harapan saya suhu air tetap stabil meskipun dibawah sinar matahari yang panas sehingga pertumbuhan tanaman tidak terganggu.

2. Papan kayu

Papan kayu yang saya gunakan mempunyai ketebalan 8 milimeter semakin tebal papan semakin baik menurut saya agar papan kayu tetap kuat karena papan kayu ini dilubangi untuk meletakan netpot sehingga papan kayu yang tebal akan tetap kuat untuk menahan berat tanaman sampai besar.

3. Plastik hitam.

Plastik hitam saya gunakan melindungi tandon kotak styropoam agar cahaya matahari tidak masuk kedalam tandon dan ini penting agar air nutrisinya tidak mudah untuk ditumbuhi lumut karena tanpa sinar matahari lumut tidak mudah tumbuh, karena lumut pada tandon hidroponik akan mengganggu pertumbuhan tanaman.

4. Cat pelapis anti bocor.

Cat kedap air ini saya gunakan untuk tujuan melapisi papan kayu agar air tidak masuk dan meresap pada papan kayu ini penting untuk menjaga papan kayu tetap kering agar papan kayu tetap tahan lama.

Tanaman yang saya tanam pada media tanam yang baru ini adalah sawi pagoda yang beberapa waktu lalu saya semai dan sebenarnya bibit sawi pagoda ini dalam kondisi yang kurang baik karena sudah beberapa kali layu karena tidak disiram akibat kesibukan pekerjaan saya semoga saja setelah pindah tanam pada tandon yang baru ini dapat tumbuh dengan baik dan cepat besar.
