The Winter Flowers Of Bodnant Gardens- Harbringers Of Spring
Bodnant Gardens in North Wales prides itself on having a garden for all seasons. To help provide colour all year round, the gardeners at Bodnant have planted many blubs and early flowering shrubs.
Iris are dotted throughout the garden and provide interest and colour.
The flowers of the Witch Hazel glow bright yellow in the winter sun and add structure to the planting.
This early flowering Rhododendron has a wow factor with its vivid reddy pink flowers.
I'm not sure what this flower is but it certainly looked unusual.
The Hellebores were also out in force
