Random gardening snaps from Brisbane, Australia.

Evening Steemers,
Its still dry and grim here in Brisbane with next to no rain for as long as my feeble brain can remember.....
But, still, somehow we are busy as f#@k and heat stroke has become the norm...

Here's some plants to brighten your steemy lives 🙃

The Hydrangeas have come to life with the warm weather.

Boring for most of the year the Agapanthus are starting to show off again.

An unfortunately over edited Ixora pic.

Variegated and crested cacti graft from my Gradmothers garden.

This Fuchsia is right at home in a hanging basket.

I hope you have enjoyed this short but sweet look at some Brisbane plants and if so, check back soon for more.

Cheers Steemers and happy gardening,
Sam.

We have also been roasting and windy but mercifully, we are having a couple of days of cool rainy weather. Hopefully you do too.
Isn't that beaut of a crested Euphorbia?

Oh yes, you are correct....cacti was the wrong terminology 😬

How's the weather in Brissy?

Dry and grim 😉

Hmm...Water restrictions yet?

No, not yet....but I'm sure they are not far off

Yeah, I think we'll get restrictions here this year - More fires too. Loads of underbrush in the scrub.

Scary times ahead, but I'm sure summer will bring the rains 😬

Yeah, maybe up your way...Not here. Oh well, we'll do what we've always done; Make do.

It's as dry as a dead dingoes arse down here. We're on level 1 restrictions and soon they'll be starting level 2. Some of the projections are suggesting that by 2021 it will be game over.

There's nothing natural about weather anymore, it's all controlled by mad scientists. I know most people are way too brainwashed to accept it but the rare few who will step out of their comfort zone and actually look into it are starting to wake up.

Spend a few hours on Jim Lee's site to find out what's going on, there's no conspiracy theory just well referenced scientific facts.

I'll check it out on the weekend, cheers!
