⛔STOP! DON'T BUY THIS For Your HOME or FARM! ~ You Will Regret IT! 📷 [Video inside]
We Aren't The Only Ones Who DID THIS!
We made a big mistake and then we discovered LOTS of people make the same mistake and totally regret it. When we first moved on the homestead we had and still have dreams of bountiful fruit trees that would both beautify the landscape as well as provide a consumable crop.
Just at about that moment, what shows up at the door? A nice big beautiful magazine full of fantastic photography and seemingly unlimited options for growing our dream orchard! It's like they knew we were new landowners wanting to grow our own fruit trees and landscaping.
How does the phrase go?

Well, here is the video of how we learned our lesson and and how it can save you from major disappointment and a lot of money too!

LOL I love this one Zac, I have seen the same with "Instant Bonsai". ignore the 50+ years of learning to not only keep them alive outside but safe from fools who found something on the WWW and tried it and killed their trees. Resteemit!
One day, you'll have to help me choose a bonsai tree.
They do not "Live in a house on a TV"... ;-)
People are used to fast food, fast this, fast that, why not INSTA GARDEN! haha
You get what you pay for if you are not careful! "Instant Garden" nothing said that it is alive...
Right! haha
Well said Rain Country!
Nice! Give a man a fruit tree and he may never go hungry ~ re-seed and grow more...
agree 100%-did the same thing years ago and yep all pants were way too small, in bad shape and didnt grow well (those that grew at all) I was just glad I didnt buy that much there, money wise...but never ordered from them again and wont! Better drive a hour or whatever to the next nursery and get your stuff there! good vid-resteemed!
I ordered 2 Elderberry, Two Cherry, One 5 in 1 Peach, One 5 in 1 Pear and One 5 in 1 apple tree. They were sent bare root, dormant. I planted all of them.
The two elderberry, the apple and peach trees took off right away. The 5 in 1 pear and the two cherry trees didn't seem to be alive. I still went ahead and watered them faithfully, and prayed over them, and the pear is now getting growth on it and one of the cherries looks like it is starting to get growth on it.
I think some take a lot of time. I have read that some even take a couple of years. Despite my success, I believe I will go to a nursery the next time I purchase trees so that I can purchase them further along in the growth process, but thankfully with the Good Lord's help, mine are doing very well.
I did also plant nut trees recently from them, so I will update you on their progress as well.
Thanks for looking out for the newbies out here! If I had seen this, I probably would have gone straight to the nursery instead of ordering from them, but thankfully it has worked out for me so far.
Take care and God bless!
Sincerely-Oily
I second the local nursery, hands on best place to get any plant and it supports the local mom and pop economy!
Agreed!
I agree also. They will also, most of the time, help you of you are a newbie at planting trees and such.
WOW! Your story is in the slight minority. Great news!
Yes thankfully!
I almost made this mistake. Fortunately, I was having trouble deciding on the variety of one fruit tree and thought I'd look at the reviews to see which tree customers liked better. Instead I found tons of complaints about the company and I never ordered through them.
That is why I always find and read reviews on a company BEFORE I order from them. That should be something you do at the start of the process. Do not let the excitement get in the way of common sense.
Love your videos, thanks for sharing and thanks for telling me about Steemit.
Keep up the great content.
I saw this when you first put it out and I cannot agree more! Buy you trees local.... I have been getting seed from Burgess for a couple years and for the most part been pretty happy, good germination and healthy plants. Well this year we had a surprise. Instead of planting 200 red bell peppers we planted 200 Polk Weeds! I can tell ya they grow like weeds..... Some of my customers were not so understanding but we made it up to them... I am glad you are bringing back some of these older videos, they are a real nice refresher. thanks Zac....
