RE: Growing Food without a Garden – Food Prepping With No Yard
Great post. One can also grow sprouts if they cannot have a garden. I grow much of my own produce on my property, but for winter months I have a room off of my garage to grow greens hydroponically and some things in soil. Combine that with sprouting and there is plenty of fresh greens for the winter.
Forgot to mention that there are a lot of vegetables that can be grown in containers. It is just now time to start planting some things in the garden, yet I have been growing in pots and other containers and today picked: lettuce, two kinds of mustard greens, kale, radish and a zucchini. I also have cucumber almost ready. I have a couple of tomato plants in buckets, as well as cauliflower.
I need to find the time and take some of my photos and post an article. Been working 3 jobs for too long and hope to start cutting back so I can enjoy this site as well as my passions!
