Market gardening bed preparation

I'm currently preparing my garden beds for early season crop planting.

Still not sure what type of mulching I'll use for the beds... I thought about making an experience with different types of mulching and see whay fits better with my operation.
I'll maybe do mulching with:

Tender olive branches (we have a lot of those from olive picking season)
Leaves
Straw

Stay tuned for that!
