Nature always finds a way to whisper what are the keys to success.

Why do I love sunflowers?

  1. They are constant. Every day they tirelessly search for the sun's rays to grow. In French they are called "tournesol" which means "tour with the sun" (this feature is called heliotropism).
  2. Share their energy. On cloudy days, unlike other flowers that wither or look down, sunflowers are strong because they look at each other to share their energies.
  3. They know that the sun will always rise again. When they reach their peak of growth the heliotropic trait disappears but they remain fixed looking to the east.

Nature always finds a way to whisper what are the keys to success.

I wonder if the creators of Steemit were inspired by them because to grow you need to be constant, share your energy with others (upvote and comments) and trust that the sun will always come out again.

I wanted to share this experience to give you a thousand thanks for the support that many of you have given me, sometimes I would like to do it personally but my RC is still small and I can’t generate so many comments individually. Thank you for your comments (I read them all), for sharing your energies, advices and for keeping alive the confidence that the sun will always come out again.

It's so tall! I remember having a sunflower when I was a kid. My mom had I think 3 sunflowers. But it was a lot of work to get the seeds out and they didn't survive the Winter well. So we never planted more the next year.

It is a nice memory of childhood ... but yes, they are very delicate with the weather. They love the sun and that's why it's so complicated to grow them in the winter. Maybe you could try it when spring starts 😊🌻

We could try our hand at them again. We want to prep up a garden. It's hard to tell what's best planted when.

I live in Venezuela and here it is as if we were always in summer and spring. That's why it's so easy to grow a garden ... but surely if you try you can achieve it. Success! 😊🌻

Your sunflower is so high,
Our sunflowers here are shorter than people.

It was also a surprise to me. It was the first time I planted sunflowers 😊🌻

Thanks for your post, @zaidaguevarae!

sometimes I would like to do it personally but my RC is still small and I can’t generate so many comments individually.

Yeah, this blog is stupid that way, for the new users. But if you are consistently blogging you'll be over that problem soon enough.

Congratulations on being featured by @viking-ventures in an entry for the Pay It Forward Contest
