Today's Sustainable Feast in the Garden of Eden
It is a great day in the Garden of Eden, and we are giving thanks for more than enough of everything in this abundant life of freedom!
We made a delicious feast for our full time volunteers on our indoor wood burning stove rather than on the rocket stoves of our sustainable outdoor kitchen. We stayed nice and toasty, had a fantastic meal, AND heated water for showers for super sustainable efficiency. As usual, there was more than enough food for everyone, and we are happy to share our abundance with you!
We made a kid friendly feast with chicken nuggets, pizza, sweet potato tater tots, garden fresh salad, broccoli with cheese, and vegan sweets!
It was a great spread with lots of colors and fun finger foods, and it was all sustainable!
We started our feast with a garden fresh salad. We piled bright bell peppers, red onions, cucumber, and crumbled feta cheese on top of dark green, iron rich spinach, and each person dressed their salad to their tastes. We offer a variety of homemade vinegars, oils, liquid aminos, dressings, tahini, seeds, nuts, and dried fruits for full customization.
We made some lightly breaded bites of white meat chicken and served ketchup on the side. The children have fun dunking and popping these little chicken nuggets!
We also made crispy sweet potato tater tots with more dipping sauce on the side. These are a unique twist on the traditional potato tot, and they were quite tasty.
We made a bowl of steamed broccoli and melted cheddar cheese all over the top.
We also made a thin crust pizza with mozzarella cheese, bell peppers, onions, sausage, and pepperoni.
For dessert, we shared a platter of vegan baked goods! These have no eggs or dairy and most use gluten free flour. Here we have chocolate cookie, mini cinnamon roll, orange cranberry muffin, and and chocolate chip muffin.
It was a lovely feast with plenty of food for everyone!

We do all of our cooking over fire, using wood that was otherwise destined to end up in a landfill! This is our indoor wood burning stove in action - it cooks our food, warms our communal space, and heats water for hot showers all at the same time!

Everything looks really exquisite, several types of contours and different dishes, they all look great but I love how the pizza looks, I love pizza and that's one of my different dishes, and I'm sure that is, to suck the fingers (delisious) as they say here in my country. Thank you for sharing these majestic meals again today. And the most important always sharing with family and loved ones, is perfect

another wonderful party in the garden, I love seeing the way they share, I liked very much for the delicious pizza they prepared and the beautiful picture of the girls laughing and having fun, they transmit a lot of joy and happiness in that photo, that nice to see to other people being happy many blessings for you
