SEC-S20W2 | 1st Half: Hot Liquid and Solid Entries

Hello friends and family I pray everyone is healthy and blessed I am good. I am feeling honored while taking part in another week of gastronomy which is always attractive and mind blowing for me.

In 2nd week I have to make hot liquid for starter or hot solid starter, let's try it I hope you would like it and share your feedback with us.

Have you prepared a hot liquid or solid starter for any menu?


As my doll is little I often cook hot liquid and solid starter because she gas to eat very minute so I do work and take care of healthy rich nutrients for making it.


lets prepare it


For this reason I am going to make chicken vegetables soup with very few ingredients. I have to prepare it often because my doll is growing and I wish she moved towards solid healthy things which are important for her health.

Starter is obviously very important in daily food menu although its composition may vary because I don't want to bore my family with same food.


The ingredients I have used


  • Chicken steam and baked
  • Black Pepper pinch
  • Salt pinch
  • carrot and capsicum small piece
  • egg one, soya sauce and chilli sauce just one to two drops

Here are steps I have follow


I have made it quick and simple, take baked chicken steam chicken two pieces and shredded it well.

In pan added a cup of water when it boiled I added the noodles and chopped vegetables and cooked it on low steam so that it may cooked well.

As it was boiling I added chicken when noodles and vegetables are done I keep the flame very low.

i have added all ingredients and allowed to cook it well at lower steam

put little sauce, salt and pepper was added cooked for two minutes

I added egg white and whisk it well

When I served it my doll saw the tomato ketchup on her request I added a little amount and served her, she was happy to eat but before eating how we can skip the selfie and pictures.

What cooking method did you use to prepare your starter?

Well as its soup so I preferred to used moist heat method as the soups cooked best on such flame the flavors of vegetables band chicken are more enhanced. Moreover as I have to used water in it basically its moist method of cooking.



Which main dish and which dessert would go with the starter you just prepared? Imagine a 3-course menu that goes with your starter.

The main dish in today menu was chicken biryani, while I have used chicken vegetables soup in starter menu. My husband liked the sweet dish that's why I cooked halwa in milk which was tasty to eat resins were for my doll.

The soup looks very tasty and is rich in protein. It seems like your child really enjoys that food.
I love the way you make and serve the soup, it's very practical with some variation on the ingredients you use
Using medium heat will make the dish cooked perfectly.
