Gastronomy class has been of great help to me and other students ( speaking from people’s shared experiences), skipping the class because of the inability to purchase ingredients for the course will definitely slow down the learning process. Your thoughtful approach for continuous learning process in future is very valuable. To be honest, here in my country, food ingredients are very expensive, getting extra support like you’ve stated will go a long way.
