Yes yes, I have already prepared desserts before as I am interested in cooking. so I am used to making a lot of such dishes and in our country, it is common to add different tests and serve them for example Laddu, Jalebi, Kaju Kadli, Jangiri, Mysorepa, Halva etc. All these I know how to do I have already prepared them.

INGREDIENTS
💚 Semolina(Sooji or Rava) 💚 Oil 💚 Sugar 💚 Ghee 💚 Milk 💚 Salt 💚 Cashew Nuts 💚 Raisins 💚 Cardamon 💚 Food Color 💚
Step1 :
Heat some ghee in a pan. Add a cup of Semolina(Sooji or Rava), fry well, and keep aside.
Step2 :
Add some ghee to heat and add cashew nuts and raisins and fry them well in low flame and keep them aside.
Step 3 :
Heat sunflower oil in a pan and when it is hot, measure water in the same cup as the Semolina, two cups of water and one cup of milk are enough for one cup of Semolina.
Step 4 :
Take a bowl add half a cup of water in it add the food color and mix it well, add the solution in to the pan and mix them well.
Step 5 :
When the milk water boils keep the flame to low and add the fried semolina slowly and mix them well at the same time add a cup of sugar and mix simultaneously.
Step 6 :
Now crush the cardamon add them to the pan and mix them well, the fried dry fruits and mix well and put off the flame.
Step 7 :
Now the Tasty Rava Kesari is ready to serve hot or keep in the refrigerator to serve cool. Take a glass bowl or plate, grease it well with ghee or butter and pour the semolina mixture, and keep in the refrigerator to set well.
Allow 20 minutes to set and cool, then take it out from the refrigerator and tasty Rava Kesari is ready.
The aproximate weight of the desert in the plate is 250 grams .

This dessert is one of our traditional dishes. Morning breakfast dishes like Idli. It is usually served before dosa, pongal or upma. Similarly, this dish is usually served first in lunch whether it is grass meals, vegetarian or non-vegetarian.

Saludos amiga un dulce que nunca había visto pero por la descripción es algo muy parecido a un arroz con leche solo que la sustitución del arroz es la sémola y le agregas los frutos secos debe tener un sabor increíble
