Greetings great steemians?
Finally we are in the end of season 20 gastronomy courses, in this week classes i have learned alot in cooking aspect, i have made some good adjust in my food menu all thanks to gastronomy courses.
Alcoholic or Non-alcoholic drinks, Which is the Best Option for you to Accompany a Meal?
I love non alcoholic drinks made from beverages aside from the fact that it has a mild teste to the tongue it also has some health benefits mostly digestion. Choices differ but i love non alcoholic drinks after meal because it give me that feeling of satisfaction after a great meal .
We would like you to prepare a drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) to accompany a dish (starter, main course or dessert)
As this contest demands i will prepare my favourite non alcoholic drink to accompany a main dish i will be having for launch.
Ingredients.
• orange
• hibiscus flower
• fanta
preparation
In a clean pan i added two dried hibiscus flower add added quantity of water that will be enough for just one person since am making just for myself, i cook for just 3 minutes.
I seived the juice out and allow it cold as it best served cold or chill , if am making this in a large quantity i do add pineapple and and kind of flavor i desire but i will be using fanta as sweetener.
In a clean see through glass cup i added some orange slices for additional flavor
I poured in my cold hibiscus flower extract into to glass also allow it to settle as i will be needing my orange flavor to circulate.
Then i pour in the fanta as sweetener placed a slice of orange on my glass to beauty my drink, my non alcoholic drink is ready to be served
I served my drink with a main dish, i have tomato jolly rice to accompany my drink and to get a satisfying meal.
Why Did you Choose this Drink and Dish Combination
I had a main dish which is rice to me it a heavy food so i use fanta which is orange juice but since it contain sugar i diluted it with my hibiscus flower extract. Orange helps in digestion regulate heartbeat and muscle function, hibiscus flower extract helps to treat loss of appetite and also stomach irritation.
Am glad i participated in season 20 classes i have learnt alot of thing i can now make delicious pasta from scratch at home it have saved me the cost of buying pasta from the supermarket all thanks to gastronomy teaching team.

La infusión de flor de hibisco con frutos cítricos es deliciosa, el refresco le aportó el dulzor y seguramente ese toque divertido del gas.
Debe haber estado muy refrescante con el arroz que preparaste.
