GDAX Bitcoin Cash December 20th botched Launch...

Just throwing this out to see if I can find any more affected users. But I was one of the many users affected by the botched launch of Bitcoin Cash on GDAX on December 20th. I'm seeking others who may have been affects in hopes of building a case against GDAX, or at least coming together to try and get a response from them.

I was sold bch at ~$6k USD. Then placed a sell order at $9500 but GDAX suspended trading. I've been trying to get a hold of anyone I can with no luck. I lost a lot of money on this trade and it seems that the entire launch was botched violating their TOS, not to mention the insider trading allegations. I've suspended trading on that account as I don't want to make it seem like I accepted the trade. But as time goes on, and they fail to give any response what so ever, lost earning potential keeps adding up.

Has anyone gotten any help?
