The sun

As the first crack of light sets into the sky
greens, and reds and yellows too,
the most magnificent purples, violets and blues .

as the due drops dry ,
the sun now firmly set in the sky
bright whites , blues and yellows too .

And when the day is done ,
and the moon rises from its rest
so the sun can once more shine in all its glory
I am truly greatful for all
