Morning Yoga session
Doing yoga daily has many benefits both mentally and physically.
Mentally it keeps us calm, gives us a better focus on life, helps us release stress, sometimes it can be like meditating.
Physically it keeps us in shape, it helps blood circulation in the body, when doing yoga we are doing a little exercise without noticing it, which releases endorphins that make us feel good throughout the day.
I do yoga in the morning, when I wake up I start to make breakfast and while I wait for it to be ready I do this yoga routine, it can take about 5-15 minutes depending on how many series I do.
