Hello Steemit user,

there many scams in the crypto industry. This is actually my first post on steemit at all.
I also want to state out, that not every contract on genesis mining is a scam.
I bought three contracts.

First contract I bought in november and works fine. I invested only 40 USD to test genesis mining. It is used to mine LTC.

Second and thrid contract are two contracts to mine ETH (and STEEM, but Steem is not available any longer to mine). I invested in these two contracts a total amount of 261,9 USD in november 2017. I received 0 USD worth of coins.

Regarding the two concratcts to mine ETH:

1. In the first months all mined ETH (and STEEM) were under pending payout (because i paid with credit card) and it looked good. But after the first months, genesis mining did not pay out the pending balance. Instead they kept them for themself. I contacted them in january and they say they look into it. I never received the coins or did receive any further response.

2. From 29.12.2017 to 08.02.2018 there where payouts shown in the payout section. But because there are under a certain threshold, so there are not really paid out. These payouts should be added to the pending balance sheet, but 0 ETH is shown there.

3. From 08.02.2018 to 22.02.2018 no payouts received at all.

4. After i send an email to them again, there may be an action from genesis mining. From 22.02. 2018 until 10.03.2018 I received payouts in the payout section. But again these payouts are under a certain threshold and not really paid out. These payouts should be added to the pending balance sheet, but 0 ETH is shown there.

5. Since 10.03.2018 again no payouts in the payout section.

I invested only small amount in genesis mining. From the three contracts i bought, only one works.

If you plan to invest in them, please be careful. You could loose a lot of money. The support is very bad. You receive an answer after weeks and months without solving the problem.

This is only my personal experience. It is up to you if you invest in them, but I suggest you stay away from them.
Some other may have a better or worse experience than me.
