I collected the open customer questions and made an open question video directly to @GenesisMining --
Their communication does need to be better, whatever the answers to these questions are. I am guessing they will catch up eventually, but their communication has been poor.
Agree on that. They will make it. But need to improve communication.
I was getting worried too. I wrote to their support, and I did get a response. It also looks like they are trying threir hardest to resolve the issue. I got payouts for 21st and 22nd. The backlog is still a good 7 days. These are very relevant questions and hopefully they give an answer soon.
I waited one more day according to the genesis statement that the payment will be processed this weekend and 2 payments per day.
and ... if it is not realized ... meaning
all statements (twitter, email and press release) of the genesis violated by themselves ... meaning
hopeless :(
FYI, I got paid out the remaining amount today, 6 days worth, so they have caught up for me. Hopefully yours is coming soon.
