Oh! It is always lovely reading about the Amazon River. It was interesting to learn the age of Manaus' channel. I am going to use that info to show off now 😛 Despite the many, many documentaries and readings available about this incredible river, its Geological History is rarely talked about. Well, at least in the popular media.

To know that the Andes is related to the formation of the Amazon river left me speechless. I suppose that is because I love the Andes Mountains too! Good memories...
