POVERTY HAS NOT BEEN FULLY DEFINED

It seems , as I incline to define poverty, one defines poverty according to his/her environment in which one finds himself/herself. Advanced countries find poverty as when one sleeps along the streets, with no house, yet those sleeping along the streets are provided food by passers by and other philanthropists...

Come to Africa where abject poverty is really felt as human slavery! One goes to sleep in four days without food...sleeping in an deplorable place to the expose of poor sanitations and tropical heat of the sun on a LAND THAT FAILS TO YIELD FOOD...cloth unwashed in many weeks just becos money to purchase soap, bucket and have you...a stricken diseases affected the victims with no less philanthropists environment to assist...This is where empathically poverty could be well defined...w
