The Flag of my Country (Ghana)
The flag of the motheland is designed and adopted in the year 1957.

The flag was designed to replace the flag of United Kingdom in getting of independent.
The flag was designed by Mrs. Theodosia Okoh, Ghanaian.
The Flag carries four colours. The Red which represent the blood of our forefathers who fought for the beloved country is at the upper part of the flag.
The colour yellow represent the richness of our land thus Gold and other mineral resources hidden the soil.
The colour Green is our great forest. Which host our rivers, lakes, streams, and farm production.
The black star is the black people of Africa.
The flag raised high in any national gathering and Ghana competing with other nations.
Ghana our motherland.
