UNEMPLOYMENT: ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT

Bureau of Labor Statistics defined Unemployment as people who do not have a job, have actively looked for work in the past four weeks, and are currently available for work. Also, people who were temporarily laid off and were waiting to be called back to that job are included in the unemployment statistics.
Those who have not looked for work within the past four weeks are no longer counted among the unemployed.
This issue has become a serious public outcry and governments all over are doing their best to solving or reducing the problem.

Entrepreneurship on the other hand has been described as the "capacity and willingness to develop, organise and manage a business venture along with any of its risks in order to make a profit.

While definitions of entrepreneurship typically focus on the launching and running of businesses due to the high risks involved in launching a start-up, a significant proportion of businesses have to close due to "lack of funding, bad business decisions, an economic crisis, lack of market demand—or a combination of all of these.

Now the focus is that everyone( graduates unemployeds) should create their indulgence in entrepreneurial ideas. So everyone is now attending entrepreneur talk shows here and there for skills and experience. They will attend this show and still get nothing to begin with.

The people are tire of going around, from one seminar to another, all in the name of entrepreneurship and development.

Its time entrepreneurship and development shift from the talk shows to on job training. Many countries and individuals have done a lot for their people and the nation as a whole. Why don’t we put our people in copy mode. Let them go out to those who have done it already, meet them and copy their works then come back and practice it.

There are so many thinks happening outside your home that you don’t have. Why don’t you go outside your home and copy it. Amend it to suite your home and you will be fine.

We just have to truncate our development process. We can’t follow the same phases of development used decades ago by other countries.
