How to remove the write protection on your drive

Procedure

Method 1 {Hardware Lock (Memory adapters)}

1. Check to see a small notch by the side of the drive.

2. Reverse (pull) it if pushed.

Method 2 {Software lock}

1. Click on the start button.

2. Click on Run

3. In the Run window, type regedit(stands for Registry Editor), press enter

4. Double-click on the WriteProtect key located in the right side pane

5. Set the value to 0

6. Click ok

//Pls, becareful when tampering with the windows registry, before u do anything der, pls make sure you've created a system restore point on ur System b4 u proceed//

Method 3 {Download MusbFixer software}

It's a software used to remove write protection from any USB drive or memory card

Some of u may ask, what's USB Write protection🤔

//The USB protection is kinda like a security protocol dat prevents anyone from copying or pasting any file on ur USB//
