Ghanaian churches revert to virtual means of worshipping

Ghana, has been vulnerable to the global pandemic and has recorded six (6) cases of coronavirus. According to the Ministry of Information, one hundred and fifty (150) people have come in contact with these six (6) affected persons.

In order to curtail the situation, the first gentleman of the Republic of Ghana, His Excellency, Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo, has banned public gatherings for two (2) fortnights. This implies that the churches in Ghana will not be able to access their physical place of worship.

As corporate institutions, the churches have accepted the decision of the President and has issued new directives to her members.

Bishop Charles Agyinasare of Perez Chapel will be ministering through the aide of Precious TV where his congregation will be following through that medium.

Apostle Emmanuel Nkum of the Radiant Place has urged his congregation to deploy the ministry’s online activities to fellowship.

Archbishop Duncan Williams of Action Chapel International has also charged the ministry’s satellite churches to fellowship through their online activities and televised programs.
