howdy there sugarcreek! well Ma'am the rc system is the new way of giving us power to vote and comment and post. rc stands for Resource Credits and that's what we need now. You can see your rc power here:

I severely restricts small or new accounts who don't have alot of rc to comment so alot of people are upset and lots of people have quit because they can't do anything.
