Proof-of-Reserves Protocol Gains Traction With Prominent Crypto Exchanges confirming their holdings
The conception of evidence- of- reserves is gaining traction among major cryptocurrency exchanges as they give portmanteau lists and promise full checkups.
The conception was first introduced by the company Bitfinex in October 2018, which has ago been espoused by several other exchanges, including Binance and Huobi.
In recent weeks, several of these exchanges have handed their druggies with shortlists of addresses that hold edict currencies, as well as a pledge to conduct full checkups in the future.
Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao said Tuesday that his exchange would soon give its druggies with evidence of reserves data to help them assess their threat exposure and examiner movements in the request.
This will be a big step for Binance he said during a live sluice on Twitter. We will be furnishing our druggies with substantiation of reserves over time.
