This proposal should not be supported by anyone who has a passion for Steem and Steemit.
@themarkymark you have demonstrated over and over again that you are not the slightest bit interested in the mass adoption of Steem. Your work here can only be seen as hostile to Steem and in favor of the Reserve Banking System which is the tool for global suppression.
