The number one reason people don't reach their goals
I feel like this is the number one reason people do not reach their goals. Whether your goal is losing weight, finding a new job, being more successful, exercising, anything really. Nowadays people are so conditioned for instance success. Instant gratification. If you want something buy it now pay for it later. That mindset leads so many people to trade everything they want in this world for what they want now. If you're trying to lose weight, and your greatest desire is to be healthy, but someone puts a box of donuts in front of you, what do you decide? Remembering what we want most is hard in the moment but that's where true success comes from.
