Plan, Prepare, Perform.

Setting goals can be difficult with the quick paced schedules we all tend to have. But what can be even more difficult is actually accomplishing the goals we set. It's easy for some people to tell you to "get it done" but not tell you how or even give you an idea of where to start. At M.F.K we aim to help you not only reach your goal but absolutely destroy them.

The first step to all successful ventures is planning. Everyones manner of mapping out thier plans can be very different. Simply writting things down on a piece of paper can be very effective and cathartic as well. Well other folks rather use audio or video recording as some people are more visual. Plan, plan, plan!

There can be no successful performance without the proper preperation. This means time management, supplies and any other necessities you will acquire to be prepared. Now things dont always go according to plan. We must always try to also think ahead to the "what if" moments we might face to be as prepped as we possibly can for any situation. Prepare, prepare, prepare.

Perform. The planning and preperation are done. It is time to attack your goals full force using all the resources you have ready. When we say perform we dont just mean on stage. You can perform any task you may possibly need to to accomplish your personal, work or social goals. So on be half of M.F.K we say PLAN, PREPARE, PERFORM.
