If It Doesn't Align With The Word, It's Not True

Something I find so interesting is, no matter what you follow, (Christianity, Veganisim, Conspiracies, Writing, Sales, Exercise etc.) everyone has their own way of following it. You just start jumping in to a new subject and someone will tell you "this is true" another person will say "thats not true, this is true."

I had someone on my timeline yesterday say, "It's by our works and not by faith that God will judge us." and some people say the opposite. Some people still go by Old Testament and some go by New Testament. Some Christians believe marijauna/cbd are a government infiltrated drug that it's becoming legal because its part of the agenda God has on the world, while others believe God created the plant and it is very healing to the body. Some people believe you don't ever have to sin again because now you have Jesus and some Christians believe Jesus died because he knew we would sin.

It's all very interesting in my eyes and the more and more I see all the different ways of being Christian, it just gets confusing. Mainly because we aren't supposed to be like other Christians and follow their lead, we are supposed to be like Jesus and follow His lead. It's our relationship with our creator that will have the Holy spirit convict us with what is right and wrong.

Everyones opinion gets in the mix of our thoughts, and although peoples opinions matter and we should listen to what they say, we shouldn't make it our truth unless it aligns with the Bible & Jesus's Truth.

"Do not be conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect." Romans 12:2
