Thanks for the interesting report, @smaulgld. Yes, today, the Silver (35%) US Five Cents Coin is a once-in-a-lifetime find. But they are out there. I got one in change a couple of years ago. Silver content, melt value, is near $1.50 (USD).

My Best find ever was a mint condition buffalo nickel in an ordinary roll of nickels
ive found crappy indian head pennies and some silver quarters too
