“If you lend money to one of my people among you who is needy, do not treat it like a business deal; charge no interest.

The two key words as I see from the above passage are "my People" and "needy".
Every thing we do consideration should be given to brethren in FAITH who are actually in need.
lending money to a needy brother with interest is not encouraged.
