Ephesians 4:30 (NIV)

And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.

Apostle Paul enjoys all Christian to maintain a good relationship with the holy Spirit of God. The holy Spirit is the stamp of God's ownership of our lives.

We should endeavour to live our lives within the freedom available to us by the holy Spirit.
