At the far end of Singapore’s 10-km-long East Coast Park is this secluded little beach. I often cycled past it, and it was always deserted.
Connecting greenery to greenery
A few times each month, I would wake up at around 5 a.m., then cycle up around Changi Airport and back downtown. It was a 4–5 hour ride, but since I rode almost entirely on the city-state’s extensive Park Connector Network of cycling paths, it was essentially a long ride through a forest or a garden.
A perfect dawn
Shortly after sunrise, many people would come to the parks and paths for their morning exercise – walking, jogging, cycling, yoga, tai chi, roller-blading, or whatever. However, this beach and a few others in the vicinity were so remote that I rarely saw any other people there. As you can see in the above shot, this beach was perfectly isolated on this perfect dawn, too.

wow wonderful photografhy bro looking prace and beautiful 😍😍
There is only one thing comes in my mind when i saw this picture that is i just wanna spend my Sunday their.
Me too. I could spend a weekful of Sundays there.
When I cycled by, I would sometimes just sit there for a half hour or more, watching the waves and maybe reading a magazine.
yeah i know that feelings when you sit alone in these place you just go on your own imaginative world.
This is a beautiful sight to behold. The serenity of the little beach, as you put it, looms into my computer. It can only be second to a graveyard.
..i hope that beach would stay serene, and clean unlike any other secluded beaches when being featured in social media, tourist and people came flocking and eventually destroy it's beauty sir @majes.tytyty just like what happened to Boracay.
You're right. I've heard of Boracay, and I never want to go there. There are many more beautiful, peaceful, undeveloped beaches in the Philippines that I'd rather go to.

A Tsunami wall of trees... looks really lush. You live nearby?
I lived about 10 km away, near Chinatown. This was near the airport.
Unfortunately, I left Singapore last year. :-(
The beach is very much connected to the emotional side of your personality within, particularly if the beach is deserted.
So true.
Amazing photo. This is a great place to be alone.
True. And it's great BECAUSE one can be alone there.
Right after I saw the photo of yours @majes.tytyty I silently dream of having to spend my day in that tranquil and serene isolated beach. Away from the usual busy city life. It must be so nice to witness a splendid scenery every dawn.
It was very nice indeed. I always enjoyed cycling thru Singapore's greenery and along the shoreline at dawn!
And breathe ocean air. That's perfect! It's sad though that the world is getting more and more polluted that we can't enjoy fresh air anymore in our daily errands in the city.
