Sunset on the lake
The picture shows the Leningrad region in Russia. KelKel lake. It's actually a quarry. Sand was mined here. The quarry was filled with water. It took many years (about 40) and it was recognized as a lake. The lake does not fall into any one river, it is filled with only groundwater sources.
