I agree; the Hemp prohibition was a subsidy for the chemical industry in the same way Ethanol is a Farm subsidy. Making bio diesel has a 97% yield and using the same corn to make ethanol only 25%, ..as long as you have enough oil/gas to distill it. The mileage you loose when adding 10% ethanol to gas negates any environmental benefits you may have had. My truck went from 16 mpg to 14 mpg when ethanol mix became mandatory. Polluting less per Gallon but using more gallons?!?
