The Key to Wealth, Finding The Joy You DeservedsteemCreated with Sketch.

Hi Steemit Community,
The reason I am writing this is because I want to share something that I have learned recently, which have also made me to be more happy than ever. Recently, I have been listening to various experts of personal development, and what I learned about gratefulness or gratitude have really been a life changing revelation to me.

I found myself to be in a cycle or frustration and depression, as I think that I am not having the amount of money that I should have. And this may sound similar to everyone of us, because for us that are trying hard to get money, no matter what amount it will never be enough. Thus, I found myself to be stressed and frustrated when I have just a few hundreds dollar, and even so when I have a few thousands. I kept thinking of new investment, new ways to make profit and frustrated whenever the investment I made turned to be a sour one.

So, I found myself not able to laugh for months...until I learned what is truly the key to wealth.
It isn't more money as we are so accustomed to think, because I do not find the psychological and emotional freedom even if I have more, as no matter what amount we have, we would never think that's enough for us to use. Of course, there is an exception to this, that you are one of the super rich, and have constant stream of income that you do not ever need to worry about finances.

But for the average Joe like me, I found that by practicing gratitude and be grateful for what you have now, truly sets me free. I found myself to be able to laugh again, and really enjoy what I have now. Even it is 10 dollars, I am grateful for it.

I hope what I write here make senses to you, and hopefully will inspire you to experience freedom from the cycle of depression if you are caught in one like how I used to.

Would really appreciate your upvote, so that this article could reach as many if you find it helpful to you to find more freedom and get the joy you used to have back.
