Πρώτα έχουμε τσιγαρίσει κρεμμύδι με μπέικον ή σαλάμι και πιπεριά σε λίγο ελαιόλαδο...

knock one egg and pour it into the hole with bacon and pepper...
χτυπάμε ένα αυγό και το ρίχνουμε μέσα στην τρύπα με το μπέικον και την πιπεριά...

add grated cheese and top with the toast crumb...
προσθέτουμε τριμμένο τυρί και το καπακώνουμε με την ψίχα του τοστ...

fry from both sides and...
τηγανίζουμε και από τις δύο μεριές και...
