Today I had muched potatoes with a meatball and spinach again. Like last time but with a little twist.

I bought meatballs and cut them in half they are still larger then the polish meatball but they are here and frozen. So I could warm them in the microwave with the spinach. I have now 16 meatballs instead of 8.

The last post is spoken where I got it and how much it costed. Those nice small blocks of spinach are good for just small portions.

Its fast not much looking out to do and it's nutritious.
