Hello @grider123

If a user wants to start mining he has to send a beacon which costs a small amount of Gridcoins.

This apply to people who use the grcpool.com mining pool or is the beacon only for solo users?

    Solo only. A beacon is only required if you have a CPID, and pool users don't need to have a CPID.
