Idea: Newbies Support Program
I just turned 2 months officially on March 20, 2018 in steemit since I blogged #introduceyourself post. Basically, I am still considering myself as a newbie. In any case, why I got a Reputation of 52 (as of March 24, 2018) at present? It's all a direct result of hardwork. My secret? Wanna know my secret? Truly, it's just about engagement to the community. It's not tied in with taking a shot at your every day post. It's about how dynamic am I in the stage.
Learnings
There was a week, which I lost a web connection at home. I was not able to post anything on steemit. Notwithstanding, since I do have a cell phone. I never halted my communication with the steemians. I read posts and dropped remarks. From that point, I learned fortunate and terrible of some steemians' practices. How about we examine them one by one.
The Fortunate Practice
By perusing posts and dropping remarks, I picked up companions PLUS I earned UPVOTE$. My comments were upvoted. It's a $. Not all however are doing it but rather I'm broadening my mindset.
Let's be realistic newbies - even a $1.00 worth of upvotes is sufficient to fill our hearts with joy and to make our day! Is it safe to say that it isn't right?
The Terrible One
While browsing posts and appreciating the learnings of reading, I have encountered a lot – yes a LOT – of generic comments on posts. It's quite disturbing interesting in light of the fact that, the posts are elegantly composed however a few remarks are brainless. If you are reading from posts to posts and blogs to blogs, you know what I mean. Most exceedingly bad is, there are a few peeps who are begging for followers and upvotes. Does it sound amiable? Totally, unquestionably NOT!
The Solution Proposal
I would like to come up of an account for a Support Program Project. If it's not too much trouble, lemme share the blessing I got from steemit. Steemit is a delightful place to learn and to acquire. This Support Program Project though is making a little curve. Why? Its motivation is to ONLY upvote QUALITY COMMENTS from newbies, with Reputations 55 and below. This is to promote engagement in the community. To urge beginners to read and comprehend post before tossing a remark. Newbies tend to focus around their own blogs alone. Truth be told, I've been there as well. In this way, how about we stop focusing at our own post and sitting tight for an upvote increment. Let us all roam around and get ready for engagement. Browse. Read. Understand. Comment. Steemit has a considerable measure of huge fish who upvote comments, QUALITY COMMENTS (reiterated). Befriend, and Earn!
Rules for Growth
This Support Program Project will just upvote the reader’s (audience) comments. To additionally clear up, on the off chance that you are the creator of the post, your replies to the comments are not qualified for the upvote. Accordingly, we do truly need to dig, roam around and become a close acquaintence with. Furthermore, one upvote per steemian newbie a day, if discovered qualified remarks. Steemit is a tremendous sea, I'm certain a considerable measure of fish there sitting tight for our attentive discussion.
All things considered, this project bolsters the novices be lifted up and persuaded. Develop in any capacity conceivable. Posting isn't the main single route for it!
Let’s all Build Bridges within Us and the Steemit Community.
Basic Advise from a simple newbie?
READ Posts. If you DON’T UNDERSTAND the thoughts, READ Again. But if you still don’t understand, Move On. Leave no impressions.
If it was not of my digging and attentive reading, I would have not known of these helpful posts: Crowdsourced Marketing Protocol: Ideas, Proposals, Projects by @andrarchy

Things being what they are, what do you think folks? If you don't mind drop your comments or input below. Any recommendations or suggestions are incredibly appreciated. This will be nothing without your help!

Do No Harm! I'm a Lover of Fun!
This is an echo to what @captainbob is doing for this whole month of March and I guess every successful steemians as well. Avoid spamming and scamming. Great tips! No wonder you have high reputation in just two months. Cheers!
I love this concept of course of making engagement an important component of what we do. I won't say I'm always successful at it, but I'm a work in progress. I think just an awareness of it makes the Steem platform that much more meaningful! Thanks for tagging me @leeart!
So true @captainbob! Steemit has done great things to me, and I love seeing everyone succeeds. Engagement makes humanity stronger!
Many don't realize that being interactive is a big help here in steemit.

Only 2 months? Heavens, I didn't know you are that new @leebaong. You could really move mountains! What a faboulous motion and I support this 100%. I myself was one of those people you mentioned who are engrossed with their own post (don't we all) but then I realized that this is a platform made up of community and "No man is an island" - one couldn't thrive without any engagement.
I then decided to read other people's posts and spend time to give my honest views and feedbacks. I hope this project would encourage more Steemians to be motivated to write not only quality posts but also a well thought-out comments...

Sneaky Ninja Attack! You have just been defended with a 43.54% upvote!
I was summoned by leebaong. I have done their bidding and now I will vanish…
woosh
P.S. If you or anyone you know has been a victim of @grumpycat please know that he has been harming people throughout Sōsharumedia (ソーシャルメディア). Stealing the service that I (and other bots) have provided them and hiding behind a facade of stopping bid bot abuse which he clearly has no interest in.
Sneaky Ninja is a very responsible bot, working directly with steemcleaners, actively pursuing spam and abuse on our platform. If you would like to see what steps Sneaky Ninja has taken to fight bid bot abuse see this post and this post. Also know that I am working daily on other solutions.
If you would like to know my personal take on bid bot abuse and why I do not agree with the 3.5 day rule, see this post
